Welcome to Live Connected Community. These terms explain how things work when you use liveconnectedcommunity.com, join as a member, or sign up for a course or coaching. Live Connected Community is run by founder Marcy Borden. By using the site or our offerings, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email Marcy at marcy@liveconnectedcommunity.com.
Please read this first: this is not therapy
Our membership, course, coaching and community are for personal and spiritual growth. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care or crisis support, and they don't replace care from a licensed professional. You're responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. In the US, you can call or text 988.
What we offer
Membership: $11 per month or $122 per year. Includes the Collective Library and The Spiritual Journey Digital Workbook.
The Spiritual Journey Digital Workbook: $22 as a download. Free with membership, the Self-Paced Course and the 6-Week Course.
The Spiritual Journey 6-Week Course: $225 for members, $250 for non-members.
The Spiritual Journey Self-Paced Course: $122 for members, $155 for non-members.
Small Group Coaching (6 weeks): $225 for members, $250 for non-members.
1:1 Coaching (6 weeks): $450 for members, $500 for non-members.
Memberships and registrations are handled through MemberSpace, and payments are processed by Stripe. Live sessions are held on Zoom.
Membership and cancelling
Your membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your MemberSpace account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Membership fees are not refunded for any partial month or year.
Course and coaching refunds
If you need to cancel a course or coaching registration, email Marcy at marcy@liveconnectedcommunity.com. Refunds are based on when you cancel:
One month or more before the first session: full refund.
Less than one month but at least one week before the first session: 50% refund.
Less than one week before the first session, or after it has started: non-refundable.

Caring for the group
Our sessions work because people feel safe to share. When you take part, you agree to:
Keep it confidential. What others share in sessions stays there. Please don't repeat personal stories outside the group.
Be kind. Treat others with respect, even when you see things differently.
Don't record without consent. Please don't record, screenshot or share any part of a live session unless everyone involved has agreed.
Marcy may remove anyone from a session, course or the membership if their behavior harms the group.
Using our content
Course materials, workbooks, meditations and everything in the Collective Library are created for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell, share or redistribute them. The content remains the property of Live Connected Community.
Your account
Please keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. The information you give us should be accurate.
Changes and availability
We do our best to keep the site, sessions and materials running smoothly, but we can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. We may update our offerings, schedules or these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Limits of responsibility
Our offerings are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Live Connected Community and Marcy Borden aren't responsible for decisions you make or results you experience based on what you learn here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
